Jacobsen homelite 16 HP. 1985 UT 34004A trouble shoot elec.PTO

Ye s was wondering if anyone out there has Knowledge of trouble shooting electric pto.
Blew a belt and shut of PTO switch and change belt but PTO npt working . Check fuses none gone is there a ground somewhere that could have got knocked off by the belt frayed and spinning?

Just wondering, the fuse?... also, does it show contuinty fron "Power" in to Ground, Un plugged it should be several 'Ohms".......is there 12-14volts from "power in" to a good ground. I recently found a wireing diagram on Kohlers home website under "Parts".... the "PTO" is just a magnet, the same as an Auto airconditioning clutch. if you have to, maybe you can find one to work. I'm looking for a "Operation and Maint " Manual", if anyone has one to copy or download..83 modle, Going bythe Engine Numbers(K341AQS , I think. UT No. 34004. Feel free to write. gnpcool AT "YA"
