School just got a 1900d and the front two reels are cutting like a champ! The back reel is NOT cutting the same height as the front two! Sent the unit back and had the reels checked. Height is all correct and reels are set up correctly. Still not getting an even true cut from the back reel. Any suggestions or help?
I would be contacting Jacobsen directly after you send it back to the dealer saying the problem has no been resolved. Ask them to contact your dealer to help resolve the problem. Trying to resolve this type of problem on your own will only get you in trouble and make matters worse. This mowers can be very difficult to adjust and it takes a trained technician to do it right.
