IT won't start

I have a John Deere 930A I have a problem to start it.. When you turn the key it may do nothing and then it will click and start . As long as its running it find ,I can't find anting if its the starter, regulator or coil the battery is good.Im about 90 miles from nearest dealer. and when you call them they no help just bring it in.Anyone has a answer.? Thanks.

Classic example of a bad ground somewhere. Start by checking and cleaning all ground connections. Battery negative to chassis, solenoid to chassis if it is a three point solenoid, starter to block, etc.
