I have really seen worse than that. Wish I had taken the picture of the one I am working on now. Wish people would tell you what all is wrong with the mower instead of won't run and service. FW side of crank seal was leaking. Not getting fuel to the carb. fuel lines collapsed. Got running went on to do the rest of the work and found motion idle melted and belt mutilated. Also has deck prblems. Spindles idlers and belt.
