Is this a good deal or should I look elsewhere?

Need a new mower and would like to spend as close to $100 as possible. Found this on Craigslist. I know Hondas are supposed to be nice, but that's about it. Any advice would be appreciated.

I personally wouldn't buy the mower. First I think the mower has been run really hard because of the way the rear tires are worn, not much in the way of tread left and the decals on the engine are missing so I have to wonder if it has had problems or not. To me the mower looks like one of those someone picked up for next to nothing and cleaned it up and is trying flip as almost new, but hey if you think it's a good deal, it's your money.
