Is Husky 350BT high speed jet adjustable?

This leaf blower doesn’t seem to run as fast as the other blowers. I found the plastic plug they put in to stop you touching the jet. If I get that out will I be able to adjust it?

Look like you have a Walbro WYA-79 carburetor/ There appear to be the only fuel mixture adjustment (center of rotary barrel) and that is the idle mixture. High is through a jet with no adjustment possible.
