Installing Push-on Nut on Honda HR214SXA Roto stop Cable

Any handy tips for installing the push on nut that holds the cable in the hole in the arm stopper assembly?

I solved this problem. Two pairs of needle-nose pliers wrapped in electrical tape along with a second person is what is needed absent the actual tool for the task.
