I think this part fell of my troy built lawnmower. What is it?

My mower wont start and I think this fell off, but I cant see where it fell. Outside chance this is unrelated to my issue. But I put in a new plug, has oil and gas so I am at a loss. Anyone know what this is?

I fixed it. They hold a little electrical box in place at front of mower. Using an old machine screw I secured it and the mower is starting. Yay!
