I have 3 large Yazoo mowers. All hydro, 2 with gasoline 20hp and 23hp plus a diesel. I need a steering gear for one of the YHRLK frame. The part number is 2303-014. Does not need to be new, but does need all of its teeth.

I down loaded your parts manual and did not find the part number you have. I did find 2 other part numbers for it.
0702-149 Gear Steering Asm This is the big flat thing
0702-150 Gear Steering-Pin this is the gear on the steering wheel
Part is no longer available. Could not find on ebay either.
