Repairs I have a Z425 that won't move on the right side.

Valves are on but handle is stiff on right side and won't go forward of reverse. Worked fine before rebuilding carb.

Is the gas cylinder(looks like a hood strut, or rear window strut) on the right side froze up? Does the left control move and if so does the mower spin?
