I have checked the spark gap of coils on out side of flywheel to .010 thousands of an inch and un plugged the kill circuirt to each coil so as to keep running and was sucessful in operating that way for a couple of days and did wounderful just pinch off gas line when want to stop but now for what ever reason again i have no spark coils arc have slipped sometime over it"s life and worn a groove into flywheel where top of coil leg has less gap than .010, magnet on flywheel is only about 1/2 thickness as was when new is this my problem or something else please give some directions as to what nextThanks Roger

I think you may be on the right track, but in 35+ years have never heard of a magnet wear anywhere close to that much. If it is worn that much you will not get a good magnetic flow, which means low or no spark. Replacing the flywheel is $$$$, maybe you can find a used one at one of the dealers in you area.
