Any ideals why the belt vibrates so badly. I have installed several belt guides and also a new belt. Nothing helps. This usually happens after I mow
aboout 15 to 30 minutes. Any suggestions.

Flat spot on belt? Check all V pulleys for a piece of wood wedged in the V part of the pulley. Front of mower deck to low?

One reason that a mower deck belt would vibrate (wobble), is a worn-out spindle.

"After 15 minutes" says HEAT caused by a slipping belt. Slipping = friction = heat. Belt(s) is/are just too loose or you have one too long. There are adjustments for all the belts' tension: on the PTO belt, the deck belt and the drive belt. Well depending on what model you have.

It's been my experience that my Cub is only happy with Cub Cadet brand belts. I tried others (due to dealers being too far away for immediate purchase) and they all failed, often the same day they were installed. Auto parts or hardware store belts are far too wimpy.

if there are flat spots, increasing spring tension on the guide rollers could help pull those out.

Please let us know if you found your problem & if you got it going or not. As posted above, always use OEM belts & parts.

I would make sure the spring tensioner setup isn't out of adjustment or spring has lost its tension. If a new belt is moving around a lot, and you have eliminated bad bearings in the tensioner pulleys or spindles and you have slippage you either have too long a belt or is out of adjustment or you have a weak tensioner spring, or the spring is out of adjustment.
