kmax, is that the rod that allows you to free wheel (push) the tractor without engine compression? I have one that sticks out the back of my Craftsman which still works and which I use a lot. I did notice that my neighbor's Craftsman rod did not work when I changed a belt for her and burned a million calories pushing that beast out of the rain. Hope someone can help you here. motoman
