Hello all, Im back to annoy you...LOL
I have a Craftsman Rider, 1999,
Model #917.256524,
Briggs and Stratton Turbo Cool - 15.5 HP
Model: 28N707
Type: 0173-01
S/N 100996B 012199
Trans-axle Peerless Model 930-057A

I have been told that the trans-axle needs to have the oil changed every ??? so often.
I see nowhere in the owners manual where it is stated. In the exploded view of the trans-axle
I don't see any reference to a fill or drain plug.
Am I missing something?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like you completely missed the boat.

Well I haven't seen a Hydro electric transaxle on a mower yet. Second the Peerless/Dana/Splicer 930-057A is a manual transaxle and don't need regular grease changes; just at times during service work on the unit itself.
