What type oil is required for the hydro gear 218-3010 and where is the fill location. I am having problems with it slowing down in forward and gear grind sometime when putting in gear. Drained oil by removing filter. Oil was very milky looking. Never changed oil because Owners manual notes not required. I have had mower for 13 years. thanks
