Hustler Raptor-Kawasaki engine -- starter not engaging flywheel, need to try 10-12 times

2018 Huslter raptor 48" cut. 190 hrs only!!! POS!!!
Starter spinning but not engaging flywheel.

This is the same mower I had the "brake switch" adjustment issues and ground belt mis-alignment problem (that hustler fixed "out of warranty" after I complained).
Still having GREAT buyers remorse after paying the most I EVER paid for a mower!! And having the most problems EVER of any mower I ever owned!! (I have a 17yr old Craftsman 42" cut rider that just keeps on a-ginnin' - I paid 1/10 the price of this POS hustler)

Might be the same but you never posted the actual model number nor posted the engine's model and spec numbers. We don't you have inertia or solenoid shift starter. Also when was the last you installed a new battery. Anything over two years old is suspect.
