...The fuse in question are not the two mounted outside the right side fuel tank, but the one underneath the control panel that is housed in a small rubber case; the fuse blows when I go to start the machine. I have replaced ignition switch, PTO switch and engine will turn over when I bypass starter solenoid. Any help would be greatly appreciated...

See page 7-1 in Service Manual for wiring schematic. Check all electrical connections for being tight & secure by hand. I would use a 12volt test light and/or multimeter tool when troubleshooting electrical problems. Let us know how it goes, thanks, Mark
