Husvarna mower deck will not engage. Replaced PTO switch and electric clutch. Battery is fully charged, all pulleys easily spin. Any ideas?

Have u checked the wires coming from the clutch making sure they are plugged in good and not broken. Next If nothing is broken unplug the wires and with a meter check and see if u have 12 volts from the tractor side of wires. If you do have 12 volts maybe time for a new clutch if the fuses are good and you have 12 volts.

Same happened to me. Wires had broken inside of sheathing. Run a continuity test on the wires and you’ll see. Splice or replace.
