Husqvarna yth 20k46

[Fire ranger]

My husky won't even turn over and will blow a fuse before it is fully inserted... Ran down wires from ignition switch to solenoid..... All good.... Also jumped acrossed solenoid..... Spins great but won't hit at all..... Used yesterday and worked fine.... Went to start today and wouldn't even turn over to ignition switch....help

Per Mark, check for frayed insulation, broken wire stub touching frame. Look for a hot wire connected (by mistake)to chassis return (ground) with no load (light,solenoid etc)on it. (I have done this) Consult a wire color chart and be careful about "ground" colors.
