Have a Husqvarna YTA 18542-cant keep mower deck belt on when disengaging.at a lost

First make sure all belt keepers are in place.

One place I have seen lately is one of my customers keep breaking the LH front belt keeper and the belt comes off the engine pulley.

i had one break off and i welded it back together and installed it, but maybee the positioning isnt quite correct. I'll double check it tonite,thanks for the reply.

replaced belt-it came off again , and again.

And may due to pulley wear if the belt is coming off the engine you might try a slightly shorter belt current belt is supposedly 101.25. The to sizes smaller is 101 and 100.5.
