Husqvarna with kohler courage 20 engine

My engine is shooting fuel straight out of the breather box rubber tube. A friend said it may be the rings are gone. What should I do to repair. It has not ran for two weeks because of the rain but before I parked it, it ran great.

Sounds to me like your float needle has failed.... check your engine oil on the dipstick, be sure it is not overfull or smells like gasoline... if it is, buy a carburetor rebuild kit, or take your chance with a cheap carb from amazon.
Post up the Model and Spec number... should be.... SV____-_____
