I am looking to buy a new zero turn commercial mower. I am looking at a 61' Husqvarna and 61' Ferris. Who makes the better mower.

Which mower is a better mower is or will be a matter of opinion. If I'm looking to buy commercial I'd go with a mower with at least 3400 drives and a Kawasaki FS or FX engine, Kohler would be my second choice for an engine. Hustler, Toro/Exmark, Scag and Gravely is what I'd be looking at.
You might look at Snapper Pro S150XT 48" or 52", or Snapper Pro S200XT 61" or 72". They are basically Ferris mowers without the suspension at a substantial $ cost savings. They have the same ICD cutting decks as Ferris and feature the large Dual Hydro-Gear Commercial ZT-5400 transmissions. I bought a S150XT 52" kawasaki FX730 24hp shown in first picture (S150XTKAV2452) It's built like a tank. The S150XT and S200XTi are the only mowers I found with the 5400 drives that are in the SAME price range as most mowers using the 3400 drives. Ferris quality withou the fancy suspension. I know, I researched before I bought. Positively more bang for your buck. Ferris, Simplicity, and Snapper Pro are all owned by Briggs and Stratton, but are separately run companies.
Just my 2 cents
Eric
Pictures are S150XT, S200XT, and a Ferris S2100.
