Husqvarna Tracking bolts different depths/front wheels make a clunk sound

Hey Everyone,
Just got a new Z460, was delivered yesterday. I noticed the tracking bolts are not at the same depth, with the one on the right protruding about 3mm more then the left. Doesnt sound like a lot but my eyes say it is. Is there anything to be concerned about? The guy said the bolts are fine and that I mustn't touch them. He felt it was running too fast and was dangerous and I mustn't adjust them.🤷‍♂️
The other thing is the front wheels both make a clunking sound when turning. He said this was normal.
Ive attached some pics, server wont allow a vid file for the wheels, too big.
Anything I need to be concerned about?

Thanks in advance.

Does the mower track straight. If not then they need adjusted. If straight your OCD will get the better of you. Not sure what the front wheel clunk would be.

Hi Ilengine,
No, it wasnt tracking straight. I adjusted the bolts all the way, then set tracking from there. Ive regreased the wheels to see if that makes a difference.

Thank you for your reply.

The wheel clunk is coming from the wheel shaft knocking against the wheel bracket. Theres a bit of play between the shafts and bracket.
Is it normal to have that bit of play?

Sounds like excessive play to me

Try tightening the axle bolts but not to point to where the wheels won't turn freely.

Well first for $7K plus mower it should setup properly.

Second on the front forks take a look and see if the spacer (item 12) is tight against forks (item 8). If not tighten up the thru bolt (items 9,10,11). There needs to be a little play but not a lot so the wheel can freely turn on it spacer axle.
