Husqvarna seat slides out of place

My new Husqvarna riding mower has an adjustable seat. However it keeps sliding out of place. The design on this is not the best. Any advice on how to fix this?

I am having the same problem. I posted this just now. Hope some can help. My seat looks like a bolt is missing in the middle slider. I put one in the bolt hole with a washer, but did not help.

Take the the two bolts out. I think they are for shipping. They bend the seat floor plate in the middle causing the back end of the seat plate to bend down creating less engagement with the seat handle ratchet. When you take the bolts out, the plate stays flat and engagement is better. You can see the difference. It worked for me!
