Husqvarna RV4623 - Blade not spinning

I replaced the throttle cable.

Now the blade won't spin - at all. (I don't know that the two things are related.)

The belt looks OK and I can turn things by hand (so it's not frozen up).

Where should I start looking first?

Thanks

Husqvarna RZ4623 / Why did you replace throttle cable?
Lubricating Oil, WD40, keep all moving parts well lubricated.

Husqvarna RZ4623 / Why did you replace throttle cable?
The mount area was rusted and it wasn't working correctly.

That belt looks like It has been through the war. Replace the belt and cleaner everything that has that coating of rust on it.

That's not the belt - that's the rusted throttle control arm.
EDIT: Here are belt and pulley pics ...

Make sure tensioner pulley on deck is moving freely and full length of travel. Make sure the belt tension is good. Possibly the deck engagement cable you installed is incorrect.

If the model no you posted is correct it is a Zero Turn mower. when you replaced the throttle cable did you by chance pull the plug off the pto switch. Make sure it is plugged up other than that I would check the pto switch and the wires going to the clutch. By the way in the picture it looks like the spindle in the last picture is not setting straigth like the spindle is broken.

I unplugged, cleaned and reseated the PTO and ignition connectors. Also, adjusted the throttle cable tension. It's all working fine now. Thanks!
