Husqvarna P-ZT 54 vs Scag Freedom Z vs ExMark Lazer Z E series

Im in the market for a new semi pro ztr that I can count on for durabilty. It will be for residential use on approx 3 acres with moderate trees and some minor ruts or rough spots here and there. I like the husq 3400 transmission vs the 3100. In addition to the transmission i am looking at deck quality thickness, warranty, engine hp etc...With the husq they offer a kawasaki engine for $400 more than the kohler. When deciding between the above three ztr's (or another if its comparable in quality and price) which do you go with? If you lean towards the husq in your response do you go with the kawasaki engine or kohler?

UPDATE: Just went to exmark dealer and was qouted the following: $8099 cash plus $700 rebate for total of $7399. 4 yr or 500 hr warranty.

***Going to husq and Gravely dealer tomorrow

Came across this within 20 miles of me. In addition to the above options, thoughts on this used piece?

I looked at the Husqvarna ztr mowers, and the ground drive speed is alot lower than Exmark. I would say if you could find a good used mower would be ok just make sure it has the fab deck.

ADD Ferris is700z into the mix of mowers to consider in addition to the three in the title. Thoughts?
