I was mowing the other day and all the sudden it stopped dead checked the fuse, checked the wiring, has fuel, has spark battery goes straight to full when I put it on charge when I turn the key on to try and start it I get nothing lights won't even turn on when hook a jump starter pack up to it and turn the key I get lights and when attempting to start it motor just keeps winding and not starting what would it be that's stopping the ride on from firing up?

First you probably have a bad connection at the battery.
Second this mower appear to be using the Kohler Courage engine. The starter has bendix that can start slipping when it get worn. Also the drive for the bendix might stuck from rust. IF either is the case then a new starter is needed.
