Not enough information, need model numbers, and in most cases the schematics won't show exactly how the belt is routed, there may possibly be a sticker with diagram under the hood of your mower.
The drive belt of course is on the lower pulley for the engine block . One side should make a clear path the the rear axle . Follow the brake pedal linage to the pulley - the belt will pass thru the tensioner . Brake off the belt should be tight . Brake on the belt will have slack . I think Huskee is just like a craftsman LT1000.
Place the belt in the belt guides under the body to stop the belt from falling off / bumps .
If I am not mistaken, the Huskee tractors (the most recent ones) are made by MTD. I had to replace my drive belt on my Bolens which is a MTD. I googled something to the effect of "replace drive belt MTD" and one of the posts that came up was a step by step list. But the long and short of it was to remove the battery from under the seat to gain access to the belt area. I had to use a round piece of metal to help me "walk" the belt off of the pulley and to also "walk" the new belt back on. Without the model # to see what you have it is difficult to tell you specifically what to do with the mower set up you have. Can you locate the model # and post it so I can look up the specifics of your tractor? Maybe able to help a little better than this broad answer.
