First time posting and totally frustrated. I recently had my mower tuned up; spark-plugs, air, oil & fuel filter, carb cleaned, oil changed. It was running great until last week when it started bogging down and eventually dying after 20 minutes or so. Ran some seafoam, and nothing changed. Spoke to my local shop and he suggested looking at the fuel intake tube that goes into my gas tank to make sure it was kinked, so I replaced it. Thought maybe bad gas, drained it and replaced, same thing.
Any thoughts or suggestions? Gas cap? Fuel pump? When I turn the engine off it sound like it is making a gasping sound. I replaced the fuel pump a few seasons ago but maybe it has gone bad again. Running out of options here. Thanks!

Loosen gas cap just a little then see what happens.
