The left side adjusting arm broke and after replacing it and the r side it won't self propel. If I lift the back wheels off the ground the transmission is moving the wheels but let it down on the ground and it doesn't move. I have now replaced the transmission, v-belt, and clutch cable with no help. I see posts where Honda issued a Service Bulletin on this problem earlier this spring; the issue is the bushings may be undersized, causing increased friction between the bushing the the transmision's axle but on a HRR model. I'm wondering if anyone with the HRX217TDA has had trouble with new adjusting arms stopping self propel on this model? I got the arms from Parts Tree and the part numbers were correct for this mower. Help please, there is nothing more for me to replace. Also how can one see Honda service bulletins?
