I need help replacing the engine stop lead an on HRR2169VYA.
I pushed it into a bushy area and a branch must have caused the engine stop lead to become disconnected. Both ends are loose. I can see the tab on the switch but I can't find the other tab. I have the shop manual and it shows a connector on the ignition coil but it doesn't look anything like mine.
Does anybody have a picture of where the connection is?

One end goes to the stop switch located near brake assembly, upper left side of the flywheel. This switch gets activated when you move the throttle to STOP. The other end goes to a similar tab/prong (yellow highlight) on the ignition coil.

Robert, thanks for the reply. My ignition coil does not look like the one in the diagram. I have looked all over it and can't find the tab. It's possible that the tab broke off.
From what I can tell -- the part is the 30500-Z8B-912 that showed up on the photobucket link that you sent. I have looked for more pictures of this part but can't find one that shows the tab.
If anybody has the cover off of their HRR216VYA and can take a photo showing the lead connecting to the ignition coil I would really appreciate it. In the meantime I am putting in less gas and letting it run out.
Robert, thanks for sending the pictures. I figured it out. There was a tab there but I thought it was for something else because the lead would not fit on it. I did not realize that the lead had different size connector at each end.
