I picked up an older 216 with the roto stop feature. Even with the clutch disengaged the mechanism is hard to turn. I have taken it apart to clean and inspect but I don’t see an issue. Only thing that doesn’t look right is when it’s assembled the shaft does not come out flush with the bearing. Any help appreciated
