I took the blade off, prompt up the mower, started and engaged the transmission and it doesn’t appear the pulley on top of the transmission is spinning.
Should that pulley be free moving?
Would I gain anything by taking off the small plate on the side to see if something is locked up? Seems I heard a pop and then it stopped pulling. Any help is greatly appreciated.
