I'm having an interesting issue with my HRC216HXA Mower. The mulching plug will get blown out when installed and bag is installed on the mower. I read through the manual and saw where you have to make sure the plastic tab is lined up and fully seated into the slot. Even when doing this the plug will blow out of chute and into the bag. I installed the plug with the bag off mower and (obviously) it does not blow out as the discharge guard holds it in place. I have also pulled inserted the plug and pulled it out with very little force. It basically slides out like nothing is holding it in. Is this normal, is the discharge guard supposed to hold it in place? If so why have a locking tab if it isn't locking it in place? When I originally pulled the plug out it seemed to be locked in there as it wouldn't slide out very easily, I inspected plug and tab for damage but all looks good. Any help/advice would be great, Mower was purchased April of this year and if needed I will bring back to dealer. I am just wondering if this is normal for this mower as this is my first HRC.
