Does your dipstick fit tight in the tube and it blows it out?

Yes it locks on good but can tell there is alot of pressure

From all my intel it leads me to crankcase vent just looking for some direction on how to clean it.

Make sure you don't have too much oil in it first, too much can make them do that!
