How to adjust the "parking brake" on my DYT4000

My DYT4000 tends to roll on hills, even with the "parking brake" set. How can I tighten that up?

Thanks for the reply. I didn't even think of looking in the manual--I figured it would be to technical for an owners manual, I guess.
