how do you get the points out of the 4501 LawnBoy mower

got the flywheel off, cleaned the points, then noticed the fix contact of the points is loose. looking at this, I am wondering how to get the points out. there is a centrifugal device that is blocking removal.
any ideas?

i believe your engine model is d-411, scroll down to ignition system.
