how do you change the carb on a j d 345

how do you remove the carb from a j d 345....it has the fd590v -bs04 kawasaki engine 18hp liquid cool...do i remove the radiator and grey shroud on top the motor

Take the hood off, then remove the shield in front of the engine. Then a 10mm wrench and take the two bolts out of the top of the intake elbow it would be in the lower gray shield then remove the two nuts on the front. Might have to take throttle/choke cable off slide carb forward and then unhook the linkages for the throttle and choke
