I have a honda gcv160 that won't start after it gets hot. It starts easy and runs good till you shut it off. Won't start again till it completely cools down. I have replaced the thermo wax and the ignition module with new parts. It still does the same thing. ????

Next time it happens , hit it with a little starting fluid , if it cranks off it's a fuel issue.
These little machines are a bit wonky - I've had to replace carburators on them even when I didn't find a problem with the old one - On more than one of them I've learned NOT to choke it - they flood so easy,
Might take 6-8 pulls without choking and it begins to hit and eventually start.

Verify you have spark and fuel when it does not restart. Does your plug smell like fuel or slightly wet when it won't start? Get an inline spark tester. It will indicate spark or not when it won't restart. Easy right?

Valve adjustment
Clean block cooling fins. Might be over heating.
Look for over torqued carb mounting bolts which can crack plastic items causing vacuum leaks. Gentle snug is all you need and good gaskets.
Spray some flammable juice into the carb. Will it fire off then?
