Symptoms: With tranny engaged, drive wheels do not spin, however, when I lift up on the handle (take weight off rear wheels), they spin normally with power. When I lower the drive wheels back to the ground - they stop spinning. The speed control works properly. Any ideas for a solution?
Note: The speed control cable broke a couple of years ago. I replaced it with a cable from a 2-speed Honda HRR 216 2SDA. Could this be a problem? Has been working OK until now.
