Honda HRR2163VXA runs but dies when blades are engaged......mower starts and runs fine but when u push the roto stop handle down the mower dies......i am wondering if the clutch is so worn will this happen? Thanks

Could be an issue with the balde-brake-clutch ("Roto-Stop") or if the engine is not running fast enough; make sure throttle is set to FAST before engaging the blades, and if you have a tachometer, check the engine speed. For the HRR2163VXA, it should run 2950-3100 rpm.
