I need help installing self propel cable on my Honda HRC216SXA serial number MZAN-6172230. I bought a new cable but I would appreciate any info. On installation.

Mechanic Mark, I can't find a video that is replacing the cable I have. it's part #25 on the attached image, the self propel cable. Also Robert@Honda is out of town until Monday. Any help before Monday would be greatly appreciated.
