Honda HR215-HX - Blade Vibration

I have a newly acquired HR215-HX that has a terrible vibration/sound when engaging/disengaging the blade. No vibration when running without the blade or when engaging the drive. I'll be replacing the blade (it's a little bent) and was thinking of replacing the bearings in the clutch as well. Should I replace both #27 and #28 or just the lower bearing (27)?Screen Shot 2022-05-27 at 8.42.29 PM.png

First replacing a bent blade might just resolve alone. But you are going to rebuild the clutch it is advisable to replace both bearings.

One is a 6204-2RS and the other is a 60/22-2RS

I'd replace the blade and see what happens. Then if you want to rebuild the clutch do that. It is really easy to introduce secondary issues when too many changes are made at once. Just my 2 cents.

The clutch was slipping so I've already had the assembly apart to clean and de-glaze the disk. The lower bearing felt a little notchy but not horrible so I reassembled it. I'll pickup a new blade and then splurge for the bearings.
