Honda hr214sx flywheel question

Hello everyone, I have a Honda hr214sx, to make a long story short I was trying to replace the starter rope so when I took a couple of things off, figured let me clean everything nice. So when I dismantled the plastic part pictured below I noticed a very small and thin pin mechanism, then it fell to the ground and it's gone. Can anyone tell me if I can get just the pin or do I have to get the whole flywheel. I figured it's worth it to ask and do some research instead of spending between 20-40 bucks, when I can possibly just get the pin too make the starter rope retract again. Thank you and stay safe.
I've posted the picture to the photos section of the forum I'm not sure how to attach it to this post, it's saying the file is too large, sorry

The term is recoil starter. Flywheel is the heavy disk underneath it. Is this yours? There is a center pin #4.

Well yes, sorry I'm a little confused,it's the plastic wheel with the little gears that pull out, like wings. I've posted the pics where the main photos of the forum are, sorry to confuse you

I don't know that recoil. Looks like 1 comma shaped dog. Don't see a spring, either. Find your exact mower # and engine #, then post. Might find an IPL to show exactly how yours should look.

Ok I will do that, but that is the inside of the recoil that attaches to the whole assembly, I don't have all of the numbers right now, but the model is the basic Honda 214hr sx I do have a pic of the whole mower that I Will post ASAP thanks for your help.

This looks at least similar. Find the part you lost.

I've finally got a chance to take some good pics of the part that I need, I've also tried to find the serial number but all I could find what was on the motor, I don't think it's the SN # though, I know I wrote it down somewhere a long time ago, but I hope it didn't run off from the gas , etc. I've seen the diagram you guys have posted but I just want to be sure, thank you guys for all of your help.

Here's 2 (it's the very thin pin on the inside that I lost, of the earlier pics I've posted, the one that looks like a comma shaped dog,lol )

Earlier pic (comma shaped dog) when I get the new part does everything come in one piece with the plastic wheel, or are the separate ? that's what's confusing me, to clarify the little gear with the pin I've lost, sorry if I'm confusing you guys

Well, I see now that I should pay better attention. Although the parts list I previously attached is virtually the same, I thought I would attach the correct one. I'm still not quite sure what part you are after. As you can see from the parts illustration, there is not a thin pin available separately. If it was part of the anchor on the pulley for the recoil spring, then you may need a new pulley. I have not been able to enlarge the pics, but are you maybe referring to the small return spring?

Every part is available separately. You could purchase a completely assembled recoil starter, reference part #1 for the part number. Expect to pay around $80 for the complete starter.

Yeah I know it's a bit confusing, I'm trying to attach the link where you can see exactly, from what I can remember the pin fell off that comma shaped gear and without that the starter rope is not retracting back in in order to start it, I'll have it up in a minute, thanks

I'm just worried if I buy that whole wheel, the other part won't be included (the pin separately, or with the comma shaped wing gear) btw,im usually decent with parts, but these are so small and precise, and not being able to find the correct part names makes it way more difficult to explain...

I have posted a link to the pic on page 3, I hope it's a little clearer for you now, thanks
