Trying to find a mulch plug and blade kit if needed for mly honda hr214 walk behind mower. Any help with part numbers or available new or used parts is greatly appreciated.

The mulching plug has been discontinued from Honda for a long, long time now.
You can still get the single mulching blade, spacer, and updated hardware as individual parts:
