Honda Harmony 215 blade clutch

I have a lawn mover; Honda Harmony 215, model HRN215 K3 SXA, serial no. MZBB-6449654. The problem that I have is with the blade clutch. The blade stop spinning went hit the grass. It is the spring clutch 75183-VE0-000 the only part that worn out normaly? Or there are others?
