Honda GX 31 no start

......So I get this Tiller with the Honda GX31 on it to fix for a no-start condition. Im not at all familar with the smaller honda 4 strokes, but I have done evrything I can think of!! So far, Ive swapped to a good known carb, I'm getting spark, I checked the valve clearance .12mm Intake, .15mm exhaust.The plug is dry, but even when I give it a quick squirt of fuel, it wont even fire on that. I dont know what my compression is, because my tester wont fit the smaller plug hole! Any idea's? I'm bald because of this:thumbdown:

You may have to get another compression tester to fit the smaller spark plug hole, At this point I think you really need to know what the compression is.
