Honda GV400

Hi guys,

i got myself a new project and it came with a near complete Honda GV400 engine. Now what im trying to do here is to repair it and make it a running motor again. Its missing a few parts but nothing major, most parts i can get here at my local shop, but the biggest problem is the carby is shot, its been damaged and needs a replacement, does anyone know where i can get a replacement carby as far as i know they just dont make these anymore?

I can confirm the carburetor for the GV400 is no longer available from American Honda parts; there may be one still available from Honda Australia parts...?

The last valid part number I show for the carburetor is 16100-891-073 and the list price was <ahem> $105.13

Naa even in Australia we cant get them anymore, so im looking for a second hand one and im willing to pay $100 max for one as over here in AUS it would of cost $250 when they was available :confused2:
