Engine Honda GV150

I just found a selfpropelled snapper at a mower junk yard. I think it is a 1978 year model. The head was missing and the valves are not working. I have looked for the vin# and can not seem to locate it anywhere on the engine. All I see is Honda GV150-144. Can anyone give me an idea of where to look. Also does anyone know where I might fine used parts for this engine, would really like to get it going again without spending a lot of money. Thank you, ahead for your replies!!!!!!!!!!!!

Digging through some old files, it would appear the Honda GV150 was available as either a CDI (electronic ignition) or contact/point-type ignition. Which does your have?
