On the side of the engine block, look for a serial number, usually in the form of "GXXX-1234567" Get me that full number and I can dig up some troubleshooting details.. Are you positive the engine is a GV100 (vertical/lawn mower type shaft?) or it is a horizontal / pressure-washer-style engine?
